Some concepts inadvertently win a life of their own. Merc's F200 "Imagination" concept at the 1996 motor show is one of these. Powered by a 6.0-litre V12 driving the rear wheels, it has achieved internet immortality as the "new" CLS600, with images often accompanied by text ridiculing the concept. The mockery is prompted by the central joystick that replaced the steering wheel, throttle and brake, and could be used by either front passenger.

It takes a lot of optimism these days to build some of the world’s most expensive luxury cars, but old rivals Mercedes-Benz and BMW keep turning them out, expecting an inevitable economic recovery. “The global car markets and the demand for premium vehicles will rebound. For Day 3 of my look at the cars that NFL stars like to drive, I did a little research, and through various articles I've read and videos I have seen, it seems that the Maybach from Mercedes-Benz is very popular with the well-paid NFL players. Since I am not particularly familiar with the Maybach and its popularity amongst pro athletes, I took it upon myself to find some video featuring the Maybach, and what we got here is a video featuring a new edition of this fancy ride called the Maybach Zeppelin.

There's an old Irish saying, "If you want to know what God thinks about money, just look at the people He gives it to." If you're one of those people with more money than Croesus, then do we have ride for you: the Maybach Zeppelin. The Zeppelin has everything the few people who can afford it might want in a super-luxury land-yacht, including a perfume atomizer that looks like it came from Super Tokyo and champagne flutes that look like they came from the Renaissance Faire.
